We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our client’s corporate office in Regional Australia. This role is central to maintaining an efficient, professional, and positive workplace while supporting both local and remote site teams.

As Office Manager, you’ll coordinate office administration, HR and finance support, procurement, and contractor management. You’ll oversee budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure compliance with company standards and Australian workplace legislation. Working closely with senior leaders and department heads, you’ll also support staff onboarding, travel coordination, and corporate events.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day. A background in the mining, resources, or industrial sector will be highly regarded.
